Just fill out our returns form, send the product back (opened or used is fine), and we’ll refund you in full. We’ll even cover your return postage, as long as you provide proof of the cost.
Once we’ve got your item back, refunds are processed within 10 working days.
How long will the products last me?
Depends how often you apply and re-apply, but most blokes get a solid 4–6 weeks out of the hand cream & moisturiser with daily use. You don’t need to drown yourself in it... a little goes a long way.
Is GRAFTED Greasy?
Nope. GRAFTED is non-greasy, fast-absorbing, and we've deliberately left it unsctened to keep it feeling fresh.
Do I need to use both for effective results?
You don’t need to do anything, but if you want to sort your skin properly, we’d recommend it. Face, hands, and wherever else you need it — sorted in under two minutes a day. Simple.
