From an individual point of view, we love it! It is super tasty and filling and does really set you up for the day. It comes in 4 flavours Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate and my personal favourite is Cinnamon – delicious! It has got to a stage where I have been eating it as a breakfast, later in the day as a snack and even had a bowl in the evening!
A serving is just under 200 calories and although the flavours vary they have just under 15g of protein per portion. In addition they are ethical and planet friendly, aiming to be B Corp certified very shortly!!
