SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the North of England – we ship throughout the UK and the European Union.
Delivery options are as follows - 

UK (Domestic)
FREE Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48)
Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24)

Europe
Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days) - £7.49

Please be aware that all orders may take 24-48 hours from purchase to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Your delivery date begins from despatch out of our warehouse.

Order Status:

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 36 hours after despatch for the tracking data to be up to date on the system.

Should you not have received your tracking date after 7 working days from your order please contact support@graftedskincare.com with the following details; Your Full Name, Your Order Number and Your contact details (email and phone number). Our support team will be in touch 24 hours after receipt of the email (working days only).

Customs Clearance:

In some circumstances orders outside the UK and orders in to the EU may incur extra fees at customs, and will be charged to you upon the package reaching your destination country. 

Unfortunately Grafted Skincare have no control over customs and import tax, with this been the case we can forecast how much you may be charged as customs and import tax can vary greatly dependent upon the country you reside.

You as the customer are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes should this be the case. The payment of such fees will be necessary to release the order from customs.
